These terms apply to Sowda, a customer-messaging assistant operated by RunAgent (Bangladesh), and to anyone who uses it: businesses that connect a Facebook Page, and people who message those Pages.
What Sowda does
Sowda answers Messenger conversations for businesses that connect their Page, using product information those businesses provide. Their staff can read every conversation and take over at any time.
Automated answers
Replies may be written by an AI assistant and can occasionally be wrong. Prices, stock and delivery details come from the business's own product list; if something matters, confirm it with the business before you rely on it. An order is only agreed once the business confirms it.
For businesses
- Connect only Pages you are authorised to manage, and keep your product information accurate.
- Use Sowda in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Messenger policies, including the 24-hour messaging window.
- Handle customers' data requests promptly; Sowda provides the tools to do so.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sowda to send spam, to mislead people, or for anything unlawful. We may disconnect a Page that is used this way.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Sowda running and accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by an automated reply or by the service being unavailable.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
